I hereby give my consent to the processing of personal data by 4-V.I.V.A. s.r.o., ID: 28455291,
with registered office at Jeremiášova 1493/18A, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague (“Administrator”).
Consent to the processing of this personal data:
• Email address,
• Telephone number,
• Date of stay,
• Type of selected room,
granted for the purpose of making an accommodation reservation, for the period until the end of my stay.
Personal data will be processed by the Administrator both manually and automatically directly through its processes
authorized employees and further through processors authorized by the Administrator on the basis of contracts
on the processing of personal data. List of subjects/categories of recipients to whom your personal data may be
made available:
• Other processors that are currently not used by the administrator.
Instruction on the Data Subject’s rights related to the aforementioned consent to processing
personal data
Consent is voluntary. You can revoke this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent is possible
by sending a message to the address info@arbesapart.cz.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data processed by the Administrator,
where applicable, limitation of processing, and the right to object to processing.
Furthermore, you have the right to obtain from the Administrator personal data concerning you that you have provided to the Administrator
based on this consent. Based on your request, the administrator will provide you with the data without undue delay
in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or provide them to another at your request
to a clearly designated administrator. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed
